Our Team

Building a Legacy of Caring ….Takes a TEAM.

The team at ICC are the sons and daughters of steel-workers, electricians, carpenters, river-boat captains, and a pastor, all contributing citizens; who go out everyday to provide for their family. We also understand the frustration of dealing with a car accident. We understand the importance of your job, your car…your family. That’s why built a solid team to help you!

Thomas Kiger, P.T.

Director of Rehab.

Thomas Kiger draws on over thirty years of experience in treating a range of orthopedic conditions and Workers’ Compensation cases. He has provided injury management for major national and international companies to include Home Depot, UPS, Sony, Grainger, Congoleum, and Avery Label. However, his life’s mission has been to provide care for the little (local) guy who deserves to be treated appropriately.

I grew up in Philadelphia as the son of a steel worker and a secretary who worked every day just to keep a roof over our heads and put food on the table. I was horrified when my father was injured at work when a piece of steel penetrated his eye and the employer denied his healthcare. I made it my life’s mission to go to school to become a healthcare provider, to help those local folks who are entitled to proper medical care following injury—as they too, just like my parents, are only trying to do what is right and provide for their families.

Now, I manage one of the highest regarded medical clinics in the state and have been helping patients for over 30 years to get the care they deserve and I will fight every day and stand at your side to make sure you are treated like family. I am just like you, born and raised in Philadelphia and I am here to help you! Call today, I will insist on the care you deserve!

JohnMichael Pizzimenti, D.C.

Director of Chiropractic

JohnMichael has been practicing since 2006 and has been the clinical director of the Glenolden facility since 2012. He draws his care and compassion for patients from years of pre-hospital care. That knowledge of pre hospital care with acute and traumatic injuries has been an asset to the Injury Care Center and the patients we serve. JohnMichael has served as team chiropractor for multiple sports events and teams, most noted of which Team Jamaica-Bickle during the Penn Relays from 2007 – 2014.

I grew up Mayfield, Pennsylvania. My mother and father were both hard working blue collar workers. My father as a factory worker and my mother a secretary. I learn from an early age to take the time, effort and pride to make your community a better and safer place as my father was heavily involved in community relations as the Captain of the local fire department. That trait passed on as I volunteered for one of Lackawanna Counties busiest rescue companies as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), vehicle rescue technician, rope rescue technician and swift water rescue technician. I am a swift water rescue instructor for the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, Pennsylvania State Fire Academy and the Public Safety Department of Bucks County Community College.

In 2010 while responding to a motor vehicle accident on a snowy January day I sustained an occupational related knee injury. This injury gave be a better appreciation of how hard working people can be treated by the insurance industry when dealing with their injuries and necessary treatments.

I’ve taken the knowledge I have gained from multiple health care aspects to better serve the Injury Care Center’s patients.
